When teenager Priscilla Beaulieu (Cailee Spaeny) meets Elvis Presley (Jacob Elordi) at a party in Germany where he's stationed, she discovers a lonely young man who misses his country and his mother, who recently passed away.

His continued interest surprises her at first, but she quickly falls in love, despite her parents' objections. As things progress, she learns that the man of her dreams has many different sides to him.
