Oysters on the Half Shell (served) | Cucumber Mint Mignonette, Horseradish
West Coast Steamer Pot (hands-on) | Salt Spring Island Mussels, Manila Clams, Pacific Prawns, Garlic, Tomatoes, Parsley, White Wine, Heavy Cream
Seared Scallops (hands-on) | Miso Saki Beurre Blanc, Microgreens
Dungeness Crab Cakes (hands-on) | Cajun Style Sofrito, Tarragon, Citrus Slaw
Sous Vide Lemon Crème Brûlée (served) | Caramelized Sugar, Shortbread Cookie
Dinner will be served with seasonal vegetables and roasted new potatoes to accompany your shellfish.
