Mexican Cooking Class

Join us at Bialto for an authentic Mexican cooking class with Jesús & Mike. Authentic Mexican cooking classes, led by a Mexican chef!

Together, we’ll explore the art of making tacos the Mexican way, discover fun Mexican drinks and finish with a sweet traditional dessert. More than just a cooking class, it’s a chance to connect, laugh and taste authentic dishes while enjoying the stunning views from Bialto.

This will be a group-style class where you meet other locals and travelers. Space is limited!

It is intended to be a full day experience where you’ll spend time preparing snacks, dinner and dessert.

Authentic recipes & hands-on taco making (Alpastor, Carne Asada, Rajas con crema)

Welcoming hosts: Jesus Rodriguez (originally from Guadalajara, Mexico) and Mike Bryde (from Vancouver, BC)

Cooking class starts at 2:00 pm (duration 6-8 hrs)
