Downtown Branch Okanagan Regional Library, 2nd Floor 1380 Ellis Street, Kelowna
Are you interested in your family history and genealogical research but don’t know how to begin? Are you needing information on how to obtain documents and census records of your ancestors? Did you have your DNA tested, received the results but not sure how to interpret them or create a family tree that will connect you to some of your DNA matches?
Volunteer members of the Kelowna and District Genealogical Society will be at the Downtown Okanagan Regional Library as part of the “Genealogist in Residence” program on the second and fourth Wednesday each month from 1 pm to 3 pm. Stop in and meet one of the members and or peruse the genealogical library section with over 3,300 books and periodicals.
