Injured mountain biker rescued in Tranquille area, taken to hospital

An injured mountain biker was rescued over the weekend after suffering an injury in the Tranquille area.
Kamloops Search and Rescue crews mobilized at about 4 p.m. on Saturday following a report of a mountain biker with suspected spinal injuries
The injured biker was located by BC Emergency Health Services and transported to hospital.
There is no word on the extent of the injuries.
