Great letter from Don Henderson about Kelowna Springs.

Kelowna's current mayor had run for office using (the future of) Kelowna Springs Golf Course as one of his campaign promises. It is time to follow up and do what he said he would do. Buy the golf course or expropriate it if (the owner) won't sell.
