I live in a complex where some of the unfortunate (homeless) go through our underground waste disposal bins on a daily basis.
I recently watched a young man go through our bins, take what he needed and then put the rest back. That is very decent of him. He cleaned the area thoroughly and for that I would like to thank him and give him a pat on the back.
He obviously was brought up well and and a sudden misfortune has caused him to have this lifestyle.
