Emergency personnel from the Joe Rich Fire Department are on the scene of an incident near the hairpin on Highway 33.

Not much is known at the moment, however witnesses in the area mentioned on the Joe Rich Facebook page that first responders were seen heading down the cliff with a stretcher.

It's not believed to be a vehicle accident.

Traffic is moving slow through the area.
