A crash involving what appeared to be a single vehicle with a trailer stopped traffic along the Yellowhead Highway on Monday evening.

A crash on the Yellowhead Highway between Barriere and McLure stopped traffic travelling in both directions on Monday evening.

A motorist who was in the area told Castanet the incident, which happened about 6:30 p.m., appeared to involve a single vehicle and trailer. Police and a tow truck were on scene.

Traffic began moving again at about 7:15 p.m.

There is no official word on any injuries suffered as a result of the crash.
