Mounties look for tips in case of Kamloops woman missing since weekend

Police seek missing woman

Kamloops Mounties are hoping tips from the public will help them track down a woman who hasn’t been seen by family since last weekend.

Rejeana Neveu was reported missing on Monday. According to police, she was last seen by family on Saturday. Investigators believe she was in Lake Country on Sunday.

“Her disappearance is out of character and her family and police are concerned for her wellbeing,” RCMP Cpl. Crystal Evelyn said in a news release.

Neveu is described as a 48-year-old white woman standing five-foot-three and weighing 126 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes.

Mounties said Neveu has a C-section scar on her abdomen, a large back tattoo and a small elephant tattoo on her left ankle.

She might be driving a white 2018 Mazda 3 with B.C. plate HS7 42C and a “Harris Nanaimo” license plate frame.

Anyone with information about Neveu’s whereabouts can call police at 250-828-3000.
