It might be a good time to pull out the sunglasses.

According to Environment Canada, the Thompson-Okanagan will see a fair bit of sunshine this week.

Monday will feel mild with a high of zero and a mix of sun and cloud. Fog patches are likely for part of the morning.

On Tuesday the valleys will cool down to -3 C with a mix of sun and cloud and a 30 per cent chance of flurries in the morning.

Both Wednesday and Thursday will feel a bit chilly with a high of -3 C and a mix of sun and cloud.

Friday and Saturday will both feel mild with a high of zero and cloudy periods.
