The Trans-Canada Highway has been reopened following Sunday's closure for avalanche control work, and traffic is once again flowing in both directions.
ORIGINAL: 7:45 a.m.
The Trans-Canada Highway will be closed east of Revelstoke Sunday for planned avalanche control work.
The closure is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. between the West Boundary of Mount Revelstoke National Park and Hemlock Grove Boardwalk – a stretch of 32.4 kilometres.
There is no detour around the closure.
