The owner of a missing tool box seized by RCMP earlier this week has come forward.
On Nov. 30, Kelowna RCMP released a statement in an attempt to identify the owner of a tool box which had been seized by police patrolling downtown.
The owner of the tool box came forward on Dec. 2 and was able to identify the contents inside the box, which included specific items only the owner would be able to reveal.
