Grizzli brings North Pole to West Kelown with 'Winterfest'

Grizzli hosting holiday fun

Grizzli Winery has partnered with Beacon’s Furry FUNdation Society to bring the North Pole to West Kelowna.

From December 4 until December 19, the public is invited to explore an indoor and outdoor holiday shopping experience complete with mulled wine, artisan vendors, food trucks, wine tastings, Santa, carolers, a light tunnel and entertainment at Grizzli’s 23-acre estate property.

The Outdoor Winterfest & Market runs from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. on weekends, and 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on weekdays.

Hot chocolate, mulled wine or apple cider will also be available by the fire as you roast locally-made marshmallows. There will be performers in costume, carolers, Santa, Mrs. Claus’ Bakery, Santa’s workshop, and a place to send letters to Santa in the North Pole. For tickets and more details, click here.

During these festivities, you’ll have an opportunity to have your picture taken with Santa Tuesday to Friday from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. through 9 p.m.

Also at Grizzli Winery on Saturday and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., a free indoor Christmas market will take place. A wide variety of vendors, artists, wine tasting and more will be offered. Several live performers will also be on hand at the indoor market at various times.
