Super Save is giving 500 free litres to new residential customers, which the company’s propane sales manager, James Lisson, said is a significant offer in this day and age.

“A good sized home would typically use a 500- or 1,000- gallon tank,” Lisson says. “It’s a large portion of your first fill, and with fuel prices on the rise it’s a substantial savings”

The company covers the Okanagan, Lower Mainland and beyond, going as far north as Salmon Arm and as far east as Grand Forks, and the need for its propane services is showing no signs of slowing down.

“There’s a surprising number of people using propane in the B.C. Interior, and you don’t have to travel very far in any direction to find them,” Lisson says. “We’re bringing on new commercial and residential customers on a daily basis.”

Thanks to its more than three decades of work in the propane industry, Super Save is an expert at installing tanks and heating systems.

“We are certainly available for installation work where required," Lisson says. “A big part of what we do, in addition to delivering tanks, is making sure that things are set up safely and in accordance with the local gas safety code.”

“We work really closely with our customers to determine what size tank they require. Do they have a generator? Do they have a furnace on propane? How many other appliances are there? We make sure that they’ve got ample fuel to get them through a cold stretch.”
