Re.: Pathways gets morsel (Castanet, Nov. 24)
It is extremely shameful that Penticton city council is more concerned with not setting political precedents than saving human lives.
It would be preferable to have a council that puts human life above money (crazy I know). For shame that Pathways has carried the load and then is defunded and forgotten by the thankless regional, provincial and federal powers-that-be.
This is your town, at least try to pretend you care for the non-voting, poor constituents.
Oh well, let’s build more expensive condos for the wealthy and complain some more about the state of things.
Invest in people, not things.
