Bobcat machine reported stolen in Langley found in Kamloops

Stolen Bobcat recovered

A Bobcat skid steer that was reported stolen out in Langley was found in Kamloops last weekend.

Early last Saturday morning, T’kemlups Rural RCMP were contacted about a Bobcat what was reported stolen on Oct. 5, with reports of GPS mapping placing the machine on Beaton Road.

RCMP said officers arrived at the location where the GPS was pinging and spoke to a man at the scene.

According to police, the man said he bought the Bobcat earlier in the week.

The machine was seized and will be returned to its rightful owners, police said, adding RCMP will continue to investigate.
