Re: Enough of Ricky Daytona

I agree with the recent letter writer's feelings with respect to letters received from R. Daytona being constantly on the same theme.

Anti-vax, anti-mask, and quoting American politics. Bla bla.

Then don't read them.

But, I certainly feel every person should be able to submit their opinions, taking that away affects freedom of press, and freedom of speech.

I believe the editing team we have at Castanet does an excellent job in weeding out racism, bigotry, lies,
and the published letters reflect their respect for the community at large.

I know over many years I have submitted letters that have never been published and after reviewing
them I have usually crossed a line that I should not have.
