Walmart mask controversy

This is fantastic, if some people don’t like the idea of wearing the mask,  then shop somewhere else

If they want customers to wear masks, fine. However, I don't see the point when the grocery carts are not disinfected. Neither are the conveyor belts, or card machines.

I carry my own wipes and I clean my cart. I also wipe the conveyor belt, before I put my groceries on it, which is silly as the scanner and other parts of the counter are not wiped. Are the plastic grocery bags disinfected? I also wipe the card machine, and my card when I'm done. 

So my question is; why do we need masks?

I absolutely agree with the mask rule. My husband and I have been using them for a while now. I am making masks for the schools when they stupidly open.

I refuse to wear a face mask or support any business that requires me to wear one to enter their premises. There isn't any pandemic. This is an utter hoax and it's time for people to wake up to that fact.

I’m glad all the people that won’t wear a mask won’t shop at Walmart. Makes my shopping trips that much safer when people with the negative attitudes about wearing masks don’t shop there. I wish all stores would implement this. This isn’t about your rights and freedoms so people shouldn’t be politicizing this. It’s about protecting society. I really don’t understand why it’s a big deal for people to wear masks when in stores. I don’t love wearing a mask but I do it because that’s what I’m told helps stop the spread. Oh. I know what the problem is. People know more than the scientists and really don’t get the seriousness of a pandemic.
