A mischief occurrence reported to police transpired just before midnight on April 9, 2020 at the Rutland Activity Centre located on Dodd Road.  Video surveillance caught this person of interest on camera, who may be connected to the graffiti tag “THEMR” that has been tagged over Rutland for the past two years.  Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers has a partnership with the City of Kelowna in an effort to stop graffiti. If you have information that can help to lead to an arrest, we want to hear it. It's 100% anonymous and can put $500 in your pocket.
