Actor John Krasinski gives Okanagan shout-out in SGN video clip

Krasinski gives good news

Hollywood actor John Krasinski gave a shoutout of sorts to the Okanagan in the second episode of his Some Good News video series.

The Office and Jack Ryan star posted the video on Sunday, in which he poked some fun at people around the world who have copied his lighthearted video clips.

Krasinski opened with a new intro sequence and said: "If you were one of the ones that didn't think my intro could be better, that's simply because you were too busy ripping me off."

Then he proceeds to show several clips from people sharing their own good news in the same shot-from-home style.

And he starts with Kelowna radio personality @RadioKeppler, saying he "did a frustratingly good job."

AM1150's Stephen Keppler posted his own video to Twitter on April 1, and gave a weather report – "It's going to be sunny, so that's good news" – a shout-out to Okanagan Spirits producing hand sanitizer and more.

"Totally inspired by @somegoodnews by @johnkrasinski," Keppler tweeted.

If you haven't checked out Krasinski's videos, you can see them on Facebook and YouTube.

"I hope you enjoy! If you like it, share with someone else who could use #somegoodnews," says the actor.
