A West Kelowna man is thanking the entire Okanagan after RCMP managed to find his stolen trailer, in large part thanks to tips from good Samaritans.
Dan Dionne tells Castanet, "the RCMP found my trailer. I picked it up yesterday from Penticton towing. I think the fact it was on Castanet so fast aided in someone calling it in."
Dionne's 2020 Dutchman, Kodiak model trailer was stolen from Ross Road in West Kelowna Wednesday morning. Dionne tells Castanet that the RCMP found the trailer at a property in Summerland and two suspects are under investigation.
"I would like to thank our entire community, including the RCMP, for their help and thanking you guys for helping me get my new holiday trailer back home."
