When you fly, do you recline?

A video went viral this month, showing a man repeatedly hitting the back of the woman's reclined seat in front of him on an American Airlines flight. It has sparked online debate on whether or not it's acceptable to recline your airline seat. 

The discussion has even seen Delta Airlines CEO Ed Bastian offer his opinion. 

“I think customers have the right to recline. We’ve been testing reduced recline … But I think that the proper thing to do is if you’re going to recline into somebody, that you ask if it’s OK first,” he said, adding, “I never say anything myself, though.”
