Black Mountain's favourite celebrity moose appears to be back. 

Earlier this month, a juvenile male moose was spotted wandering around the Black Mountain area, even taking a nap in one resident's yard. 

Another resident appears to have spotted the same moose on Nishi Court this week. 

Last time the moose was spotted, conservation officer Terry Myroniuk said moose will sometimes come down to lower elevations during times of heavy snow, as deep snow can make them vulnerable to predators. 

With the heavy snow across the Okanagan this month, snow levels aren't expected to decrease in the hills any time soon.
