Jane Goodall in Okanagan

Vernon will be host to famed primatologist Dr. Jane Goodall this spring as part of her 2020 speaking tour.

Goodall is well known for her work with chimpanzees in Africa, rising to become one of the world's most respected and active conservationists.

Her talks involve Goodall sharing personal stories of her experiences, with an aim to inspire conservationism in all who attend.

Goodall will be at the Vernon & District Performing Arts Centre on March 24, 2020, with tickets going on sale Dec. 16. The Vernon stop is one of just three in B.C. this spring.

All proceeds from ticket sales go toward the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada’s efforts to save the planet and endangered species.
