The fourth annual music festival returns to Lake Country

Winter Blues Festival

The fourth annual Winter Blues Festival is returning to Lake Country on Jan. 25, with performances by Harpdog Brown and the Uptown Blues Band.

The Creekside Theatre will host the festival where attendees can indulge in blues music, ribs, and beer.

“Festival attendees love the opportunity to sample various stages at one venue featuring local blues favourites
such as Rick Poppa Dawg Halisheff, Brandon Schmor, Kath and the Tom Kats, and James Hay Trio,” said festival organizer Ryan Donn.

“This festival has sold out by mid-December every year so we recommend getting your tickets early.”

The festival has three stages with different performers and parking for the event is free.

Tickets are available online, here and the optional rib dinner is available for an additional $25. Taxi coupons will also be available at the event.
