Crime Stoppers South Okanagan - Similkameen is seeking tips about an alleged thief of student backpacks at college campuses. 

They shared a photo to Facebook that shows the suspect at what appears to be the Okanagan College campus in Penticton. 

"This unidentified person evidently likes to attend college, but not to attend courses," the post reads. 

"Anyone who can identify this fellow can contact Crime Stoppers so we can further his education on what is right and what is wrong!"
