Tunnel is the way to go

Sure, it might be too expensive for land to build an overpass or even a bypass around Kelowna.

The answer here is a tunnel.

If you can think outside the box, then you will realize that a tunnel is the best way to go. No real estate to buy, nobody will complain about the noise.

This is Elon Musk's theory, and it makes sense. He even has been tunnelling under Los Angeles and will prove it is the way to go.
