A witness to Thursday's incident near Costco says the man suffered a seizure and was not hit by a vehicle.
There is no word on his condition.

A pedestrian has apparently been struck at Baron and Ziprick roads in Kelowna, near Costco.
Paramedics and firefighters are on scene, tending to a man whose face was bloodied.
The man appears to be in his twenties or thirties, according to a witness.
The man was down on the ground, and it is unclear what vehicle may have struck him.
