A recent survey on housing affordability in Canada puts Kelowna near the top of the list for homeownership desirability.
According to the website finder.com, 54 per cent of Canadians would consider moving cities to be able to afford a home.
Kelowna sits at number five on the list, Toronto is the city most Canadians would consider moving to, followed by Halifax and St Catharines/Niagara. The least number of Canadians would consider moving to Regina, Whistler, and Windsor out of the 22 cities included in the study.
