A B.C. man will appear today on the Dr. Phil Show.

Jeff Buziak , the father of a Victoria-area realtor murdered in 2008 hopes to keep the spotlight on the unsolved murder.

CTV News is reporting that Buziak flew to Los Angeles to tape the show which airs Friday May 24.

"We decided to make contact with the Dr. Phil show," Buziak told CTV News. "One of the supporters made contact, got a response, and the Dr. Phil show notified them they'd like to talk direct to me, so I contacted them."

Buziak's daughter, 24-year-old realtor, Lindsay Buziak, was stabbed to death while showing a Victoria-area home on Feb. 2, 2008.
