Fans of Gucci Mane who have purchased tickets to his May 28 show in Penticton are stuck wondering whether the concert will even go forward, since the artist has cancelled other dates on the tour and it is being reported the tour has been pushed indefinitely.

TMZ.com says the rapper is postponing his "Live in Canada" tour so that he can make it bigger and better. 

Carla Seddon, marketing manager with the South Okanagan Events Centre, says the venue is waiting for confirmation of the cancellation from the tour's promoters, but in the meantime, they have suspended selling tickets to the show. 

Local company Invictus Entertainment had previously been responsible for promoting the tour, but told Castanet that another promoter had taken over, and they have no information on the status of the tour. 

Several of the other Canadian venues have officially announced cancellation. 

Gucci Mane was due to kick off the 10-city tour tonight in Windsor, Ontario. It was to be his first-ever Canadian tour.
