Fire crews were called to a fire at 475 Woods Road at about 3:30 p.m., arriving to find a row of cedar hedges burning.

“The fire was quickly extinguished but not before causing damage to the adjoining home,” said platoon captain Steve Roshinsky.

One person was treated for minor injuries.

Roshinsky says the fire is suspicious and is under investigation by the RCMP.
