Rann Berry's Soul of Motown Revue returns with a second show June 1 in Kelowna.

“The sound of Motown, R&B, and soul music moves people," says Berry. "It moves them right onto the dance floor."

The show sold out a March concert at The Forum, so a second has been scheduled. 

"Unfortunately, The Forum will no longer be a live music venue as of this July, so this will be our final performance in this fabulous room. We’re going to miss playing at The Forum with its classic show room feel, big stage, great dance floor and the cool balcony up top," says Berry.

"It’s like a 70’s Detroit nightclub, which suits our Motown show perfectly."

The show features a big band that will play hits by The Temptations, Billy Preston, Smokey Robinson, Marvin Gaye, Wilson Pickett, Stevie Wonder, Otis Redding and more.

Guest vocalist Vicky Nish will add her powerful vocals on the hits of Aretha Franklin.

The show is licensed. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., showtime at 8:30. Tickets are available at eventbrite.ca.
