It's the time of year when RCMP start rounding up the communities most wanted.

All for a good cause of course.

The Cops for Kids Charitable Foundation also known as Kelowna Jail & Bail goes down Wednesday April 17th. So if you happen to see an officer in Red Serge you might want to run for it.

But be advised, "it'll go harder on you if you run," says Cpl. Jesse O'Donaghey.

Some of Kelowna’s prominent citizens may think they’re law-abiding, but that doesn’t mean they’re safe from helping out children who need it most.

Cops for Kids is a charitable foundation that is committed to helping children that have suffered a medical, physical or traumatic crisis in their young lives.

Cops For Kids holds many events throughout the year but their signature event is the Cops for Kids Ride, a grueling ten-day ride through the interior of B.C.
