Vernon fire crews had their hands busy with a vehicle fire early Sunday morning.

Captain Doug Imrich with Vernon Fire and Rescue tells Castanet the truck fire broke out around midnight on March 23rd, crews managed to douse the blaze quickly and police are investigating."

You can see from the photograph that the truck was completely engulfed in flames and the vehicle in question is a total write off.
