After being down 2-0 in the best-of-seven series, the Vernon Vipers have stormed back to tie things up against the Trail Smoke Eaters.
The Vipers rolled into Trail Tuesday, after dropping the first two meetings of the BC Hockey League Interior Division playoffs on home ice.
The Vipers powered their way past the Smoke Eaters 4-3 on Tuesday and brought the series even with a 3-2 win on Wednesday.
The Smoke Eaters opened the scoring with two goals in the first, but the Vipers kept pressing with singles by Jagger Williamson, Jack Judson and Trey Taylor for the win.
The Vipers will now return to Kal Tire Place Friday for game 5. Game 6 will be back in Trail Saturday and if required, game 7 will be in Vernon March 25.
