Big White's pow cam looks a little overwhelmed Saturday morning.
Stop hitting the snooze button on that alarm and get up to Big White!
After consistent snow fell on the mountain throughout the week, Big White was hit with another 22 centimetres of snow overnight, for a total of 42 centimetres in the past 24 hours.
With clear skies forecast for today, Big White says this morning's conditions are "easily the best that we’ve seen yet this year."
The heavy overnight snow came as a bit of a surprise, as only a few cm were forecast to fall.
The 76 cm of snowfall in the past week has brought Big White's base to 244 cm.
In the North Okanagan, SilverStar Mountain Resort received 11 cm overnight, while to the south, Apex received six cm while four cm fell at Baldy Mountain Resort.
