An Okanagan man serving his parole in Prince George is the subject of a Canada-wide warrant.

Police issued the warrant for Tal Kalum LaRiviere, 31, after he failed to meet conditions of his release after failing to show up at his designated residence in Prince George.

LaRiviere is described as Metis, about 6'2", 194 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

RCMP say all efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful.

LaRiviere has connections in Vernon and Grimshaw, Alta., and may be travelling in Northern Alberta or Northern B.C.

He is believed to be travelling in a blue 1994 GMC 1500 pick-up bearing BC licence plate MY9880.
