Hay was scattered across Highway 1 near Revelstoke Tuesday morning.
As snow falls across the B.C. Interior, a semi truck crash west of Revelstoke temporarily closed Highway 1 Tuesday morning.
The crash happened just before 9:30 a.m. near Griffin Lake, closing the highway in both directions.
A photo from the scene shows a jack-knifed semi truck across the highway, with its load of hay scattered across the road.
The highway has since reopened to single-lane, alternating traffic, as crews clear the scene.
DriveBC warns there could still be congestion in the area.
