Two levels of the Chapman parkade were locked down this morning.

Downtown Kelowna commuters were scrambling to find parking this morning, after the top two floors of the five-storey Chapman parkade were inadvertently left locked.

The city parking office says it received numerous phone calls and emails about the situation and sent staff to investigate.

Paladin Security is contracted to take care of daily parkade opening.
