Sunday night's super blood wolf moon put on a spectacular show in the Okanagan.

The celestial event included a total lunar eclipse and supermoon, and did not disappoint, as skies were clear in most of the valley.

The moon, Earth and sun lined up for the only total lunar eclipse this year and next. At the same time, the moon was closer to Earth and appeared slightly bigger and brighter than usual.
