CRIME:           THEFT OF BRONZE FROG SCULPTURES

DATE:             January 12, 2019

RCMP FILE:   2019-2085

On January 12th  Kelowna RCMP were contacted when staff discovered nine bronze Tim Cotterill “Frogman” sculptures missing from a locked glass display case outside an art store located in the Delta Grand Hotel on Water Street.  The frogs are limited edition, signed by the artist and collectively worth over $5000.00.   The suspect is seen on surveillance at 3:29 a.m. pulling and working at the glass doors to access the sculptures.  The male person of interest is Caucasian, in his late 20’s to early 30’s, with blonde hair.

CRIME:            BREAK AND ENTER

DATE:              December 18, 2018

RCMP FILE:    2018-77189

Kelowna RCMP attended an apartment located on the 2300 block of Baron Road after learning it was broken into during the early hours of December 18, 2018.  The thieves left with a Ruger, Mark 2, 22 calibre semi-automatic pistol bearing serial number 21621215.  While police were on site they were advised the two suspects had also broken into the office and video surveillance was available.  Police would like your help to identify the two suspects, possibly by the truck they are driving.
