Post holiday clean out!

Christmas is over, but that doesn't mean the mess and clutter has disappeared.

Kelowna’s first Home Decor Closet Cleanout is sure to help you get your home in order.

The event features gently used home decor on sale straight from the owners.

Tables of gently used items such as vases, lamps, art, cushions will be on display.

“We thought it was only fitting that Habitat for Humanity be our charitable recipient for the Home Decor Closet Cleanout. They will not only receive a portion of the proceeds but also any leftover home decor items that our vendors would like to donate will be donated to The ReStore," says organizer Roseanne Ting-Mak Brown.

The event takes place Jan. 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Laurel Packinghouse.
