Is a mini gas war about to erupt?

GasBuddy.com is reporting prices as low as 99 cents a litre in Penticton.

That's at the PetroCan on Westminster Avenue. Most other stations in the city are at 104.9, with some ranging up to 110.9.

That's still cheaper than in Kelowna, where current prices remain 119.9 to 121.9 cents per litre for regular gas.

Meanwhile, in Vernon, service stations are mostly reporting prices of 119.9, but range from 118.9 to 122.9.
