Catch a glimpse of the Russian World Junior Hockey Team training at Vernon's Kal Tire Place.
The team will be on the ice tonight from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m., practising for the upcoming 2019 World Junior Hockey Championships.
Kelowna has been tapped to host a pre-tournament game leading up to the World Juniors.
Russia and Sweden will face off Dec. 18 at Prospera Place in the first of 12 exhibition games throughout the province prior to the world juniors, which run in Vancouver and Victoria from Dec. 26 to Jan. 5.
The 2018 World Junior champions were Team Canada. Russia didn't manage to crack into the top four in 2018.
