A new poll indicates former NDP MP, Kennedy Stewart, is the front-runner in Vancouver's mayoral race.
The poll, conducted by Research Co., indicates 36 per cent of those polled say they plan to vote for Kennedy in the October election.
He was also arrested for protesting the Trans Mountain pipeline earlier this year.
Stewart is running as an independent.
Seventeen per cent of respondents in the poll indicate they intend to vote for independent Shauna Sylvester but the majority of voters are still undecided.
