The Penticton Vees have unloaded a goaltender who played in mainly a backup role last season.
The hockey club announced Monday they have traded away 1998-born Nolan Hildebrand to the Okotoks Oilers of the Alberta Junior Hockey League in exchange for future considerations.
In 2017-18, the 6’2’’ Hildebrand played in 19 games with an 11-3-0 record, .910 save percentage and 2.42 goals against average. He was a member of the Vees 2017 Fred Page Cup championship team.
