Khloe K post-baby weight

Khloe Kardashian has blasted reports suggesting she lost her baby weight quickly by following "ridiculous diets".

The reality TV star gave birth to her first child, daughter True, in April, and she swiftly got back into the gym to get back in shape. She has made significant progress already, and on Monday, she blasted news articles making it seem like she was trying a variety of fad diets to shed the pounds, claiming they might have a negative impact on others.

"I truly dislike when people report I've lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount of time or when people claim I'm doing these ridiculous diets," she tweeted. "It's really setting the wrong tone. I believe in making lifestyle changes when it comes to my food.

"Dieting is great but dieting doesn't typically create long-lasting results. I also believe that working out is so incredibly healthy and should be done to each individual's own rhythm of life. There's no one size fits all when (it comes to) health and fitness."

She ended by encouraging her followers not to give up if they haven't found a diet and fitness regime that works for them, assuring them they will eventually find their own routine.

The 33-year-old had previously blasted trolls who had criticised her for getting back into the gym just weeks after True was born, insisting she was just getting back into her usual sessions.

Khloe stayed in Cleveland, Ohio after True was born to be with the baby's father, Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player Tristan Thompson. They moved back to Los Angeles over the weekend, and Khloe was spotted with Tristan at Nobu restaurant and The Peppermint Club on Monday evening. The couple appears to have moved on from Tristan's cheating scandal, when videos and pictures allegedly showing him being intimate with other women, emerged in April.
