Is it spring yet?

Madison Erhardt

Although spring is technically in full swing, temperatures won't feel too spring-like this week in the Okanagan.

The good news is, it could be a lot worse. Ontario has experienced an intense ice storm for the past few days, while Calgary is expecting 20 centimetres of snow today.

Environment Canada is calling for the mercury to reach a high of 9 C in the Valley today with periods of rain and snow level 1,100 metres overnight. Amounts up to one centimetre are possible.

Tuesday is calling for a high of 10 C and a 60 per cent chance of showers. Overnight low, a chilly -2 C.

On Wednesday, the sun will make an appearance in the afternoon, with a forecast high of 12 C.

Thursday and Friday will be cloudy, but warm, with a high of 15 C.

Saturday should see rain off and on all day and a high of 12 C.

Sunday is looking like the best day of the week. By the afternoon, temperatures could hit 15 C under a mix of sun and cloud.
